Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the email account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
